At last Wednesday’s (18th March 2105) troop night the Scouts headed over to James’s workshop for some cooking on open fire. The evening started with the Scouts having to cut off the top of an orange and scoop out the insides. Next they mixed up some cake mixture and poured it inside. With their tops replaced the oranges were wrapped in tin foil and placed in the embers of the fire. After about 20 to 30 minutes they were cooked ?? I think the best way to describe the results would be interesting………. Hope you like the photos
